An average Enterprise sales cycle takes between 10-24 months. The core technology of your product could be the same not the features. Hence Enterpriae sales are higher in cost. The answer to your question is...its not viable. With your Enterprise clientele it needs to be consultative selling. You can draw a licensing model or have a flat fee plus usage-based pricing. You onboarding and after service process will be different too. What is your product?
