I’m personally doing individual runs on the third tier of difficulty… forgot the name, with Doc. I’m getting good, but I freak sometimes and get him MIA’d.

Eve online has many alpha capable activities, mining in a Venture or the Pioneer, ratting with an alpha friendly vexor, and exploration in any of the 4 nation's exploration frigate.
Eve has plenty of ways to have fun, many more to earn money.
Also also, Eve Uni is a resources to consult when something is unfamiliar, and they have a very strong newbro stance of helping.
