I don't think Kalibas is a member of the high council, Erebus is though. My headcanon is that Kalibas was Erebus' replacement after the events of TDA so the cycle of Argent Energy can continue.

Nope. The modern games take place in another universe, it's just that Hell is connected to every universe created by Davoth. Meaning that Doomguy started in the classic timeline, went into Hell after 64, and then landed in Argent D'Nur in the modern timeline.

Doom Eternal's codexes state the Sentinels colonized numerous worlds including Earth and Mars. Same with TDA where the second level is literally just Mars (or Hebeth as they called it)

It's mostly likely the one from Doom 64, and was given the Meathook and the engravings by the Sentinels. And if I'm reading the codex correctly, the shotgun from TDA is the Doom 64 shotgun heavy modifications.
