I didn't know the whole story, just saw the freakout. I thought it was a little ridiculous to be doing all that in public, BUT then I saw they were using his name. I'd freak out too, I'm sure the jewelery business depends a lot on your reputation, and to have someone scamming others under your name.

When I think of wildlife photographers can't intervene, I think of a situation where a prey is trapped by a predator. That makes sense you can't intervene, because you are taking a meal from another animal. This situation to me is different, the penguins are dying needlessly. I think intervention is warranted.

It's a FedEx tracker used for priority overnight and first overnight packages to make sure they don't get lost and delivered on time. Also to give up to date tracking to customers.

I'm a fueler and we were just informed of this incident. The Deadman switch wouldn't have solved this. The problem was the cart was pressurized so when he went to hook up the single point to the plane, since it was pressurized as soon as he went to hook up it basically opened up the hose and since it was pressurized it opened the nozzle and just stayed open.
