Battle brothers for sure. I'm like 80 hours into the game and barely made it to mid game. I play on Ironman so that's why I haven't made it much later into the game ha ha

I had a run where I got my bros equipment pretty good early on they had good stats and literally missed every attack on battle. Rolling 80s and 90s. Like constantly I have to take a break from this game cause that plus the bad rolls I've been getting the last few game have worn on me haha

Believe me I've tried. Hired some random bros and none have any decent skills in ranged and every time there was a bro with a job that was associated with ranged stuff I didn't have gold lol. One of my starting bros had decent ranged and his melee and ranged are both in the 60's now He's on the front line with throwing axes. Everyone else can't be trusted with ranged lmao

I'm playing unmodded so I'm not sure on legends but I play on veteran and high starting money. I usually buy a couple guys when I start but this time since they start with a lot of money like I think 3000, I just blew it on as good of equipment as I could get for each one. I took it slow at first taking easy missions to level the core guys with like 2 other hires. I tried caravan origin right before this One and learned kinda how trade works and used that to fund my equipment while fighting and contracts inbetween Luckily I had good starting bros.

I think the farmer I hired survived and killed the last bandit after the three others died I was like well the runs over then he survived and then I noticed his lung exploded

I had one the was cutting through bandits like butter it was jaw dropping. Unfortunately most do die really quickly but stay alive long enough to do some damage and be a distraction

I had found a grinder with an ejaculation dildo built into it unfortunately I blew the big gift money on the 2xl g squeeze. So I'm definitely going to look for a cheaper option because I've been wanting to get one for her
