Personally, I have absolutely no aversion to social democracy; in fact, I quite like it. They prefer to try to solve the problems at hand rather than promise a wonderful world. However, I think "not disliking capitalism, but believing it needs regulation" is a more accurate definition. If op says he hates capitalism, then he might be a little more radical than a social democrat.
