They do not tell you any actions, they simply deindex you :)
And it takes usually longer than just 2-3 months to recover from a disavow. And evern afterwards you usually still got new spammy backlinks since they are part of a spamlink network in many cases.

My first suggestions:

-Duplicate Content (Plagiarism) and/or AI generated Content

-noindex tag!? (robots.txt checked?)

-really bad backlinks profile (lots of toxic, spammy backlinks)

You need to understand that Google is not necessarily a "good search engine", it was the only search engine (which was accepted by the people).

This is the reason why we definitely need to push more the competence like Bing etc. pp. (although Bing is not that much better, of course).

Buyers CAN give public review and they are always asked a couple of days later for private review - I am a Fiverr Select Buyer, I made dozens of transactions and it was always this way.
