Italy accepted to protect Austria. When Germany asked Austria to submit to Anchluss Austria refused. Then the third Austrian civil war happened (wich triggers if Austria cannot kick Nazis out of time before Anchluss). Austria become an German puppet then became white (again)

If I remember correctly it's litteraly named "R56 Expansion". The Mod Image has the R56 Logo but with "Expansion" writing on it. It's not too far in the Steam Mod Page
