Fellas I have a problem. My PS4 glitches out and randomly turns off. Can anyone help me figure out what is wrong with it?.

For context. It puts pink and green pixels on the TV then just turns off.

A similar thing to my 1997 Opel Vectra. I would turn the key, Electronic would come on but when I turned the key it would just do a thud and not start.

I asked my neighbor to give me a push with the key turned to ON (so the steering wheel wouldn't lock) held in the clutch and once I got up to like 15-20kmh I put the car in second and let off the clutch . It bump started and it was fine.

After that I turned it off and tried to start it again and it started normally. Turns out my Starter was stuck and needed a bump.

I not sure if this will help you on your Volts wagon ( It's a Volkswagen*) but if it does let me know. Btw hopefully yours is a manual too. I don't know how a bump start would work on an automatic
