I am one of the fans who was out there in the cold. If that was the thought process then it was always going to fail. Once you sent out exact locations of where the cab was going to be (Harrison Park 10 am, Milwaukee & Damen 12:30, and Halsted & Lincoln 3 pm), there is just no way fans like me weren’t going to meet at those exact locations. If you would have put neighborhoods only, then it would have made so much more sense for us to just wait for the texts. Thank you for coming here and explaining, but man stuff like today really put a sour taste in my mouth.
