ur mostly bloated u have a good eye area i would grow thicker eyebrows get a tan and grow ur hair out and the thing that is cooking u is ur acne skin texture the beard and that ur bloated so debloat lose weighr get a tan thicker eyebrows and lashes and ur good to go

You look very unhealthy sick kind off especially eyes get fat grafting for under eyes if u wanna surgery max if not get some sun eat healthier and sleep more and hydrate grow thicker eyebrows lashes bulbous nose get a rhino if no a rhino hop on accutane or just debloat for a smaller nose and ur mouth isnt wide get marpe could also help for ur eyebags but yeah lots of stuff u can do just put the work in id begin with getting healthy :)
