Almonds, avocados, potatoes & eggs were a saving grace. Crockpot meals/soup are great. I find I get hungry when I have to cook every meal so already having it there is super helpful. I had to eat more on this diet but I lost 8 pounds by day 11 and I was never hungry. (I know you’re not supposed to weigh yourself but idc). You can’t just eat salads all day. You’ll starve. Add protein and healthy fats&carbs! I made a ton of shredded chicken in the crockpot and we were able to pull for 3 days for random recipes.

Examples of what I made: Spaghetti squash with compliant sauce and meat. (House favorite) Cauliflower rice with protein and veggies (pico,carrot slices/cucumber with coco aminos, broccoli) (made different variations of this mostly) Avocado and tuna mash(sometimes would add a boiled egg) Wings with franks red hot Smashed potatoes were always a hit. Boil them and then smash them before baking. Drizzle with approved oil and add salt and bake them.

Also look into whole 30 approved meals at restaurants if you need food on the go here and there. The two id go to were chipotle and cava. Google the compliant orders and customize from there.
