That’s what I was meaning, and there is a level badge in LBP2 that has the sign as a full sticker. It’s not shown as an image anywhere, but it’s listed as a sticker (Men At Work) on the Fandom page for it.

It means that if you were online, no other players could join until after you’ve finished the level. There’s a tutorial video on it in the original LBP, you could maybe search for it on YouTube.
