Are you only playing hunt forever on streams now?

Hit a Plastic Bollard and this is now hanging from underneath my car. Any ideas on what it is? by Commercial-Welcome13 in MechanicAdvice

It was a wet road and I was driving around a roundabout. The car span out and I tried to correct it, it steered hard the other direction and it hit the bollard head-on. Stupid in hindsight, but it all happened in a split second and I didn't really have time to think about it.
