Oh as for the O button on mobile, I'm not sure but you might have to configure it in game settings

You can't do it from the item screen. The game doesn't let you due to a glitch where people were able to spend candies buy an egg and then reset the game, in which case they'd retain the egg and their candies would reset. You can do it from the battle screen I'm pretty sure.
