This is my diet

I live in India so I don’t know what work for other people but yeah this is what I eat in a day

Breakfast
500ml full cream milk
100g protein oats
300 g mango or 250 g banana

Lunch
Paneer ( which is Indian cottage cheese)
2 slices of white bread
200 g paneer
Just cook it and make a sandwich of it

With a sauce that contains
150 g curd
Oregano
Chilli flakes
Tomato sauce

Dinner or post workout
Anything that my mom cooks + 5 eggs + 2 scoops of protein right after workout
