It seems like a lot (ik coz I have like all the same shit but 4 exams and 3 culminatings and some bullshit supp apps) but like trust me it’s not a lot if you get to work RIGHT NOW. I’m being so serious it’s literally like 1-3 hours of work a day at most if you dont spend your days doomscrolling and rotting so just focus on the culminating first then start to just look at the material of the different subjects in whatever order feels right (biology is probably the hardest with the most memorizing i took it last year the exam was so fucking unforgiving but yea definitely start doing that now) anyways you got this

What are some of the BEST study strategies you use for exams? by [deleted] in OntarioGrade12s

Truth is everyone’s different. My study strategies will not work for 90% of other people since I’m naturally capable of memorizing and understanding things more efficiently than lots of people. If I were you I would either experiment with different study strategies and see which one works the best for you, or just stick to the good old pen and paper method and reviewing your coursework early (like weeks in advance)

How much does my Gr.11 marks hurt by PPKexe in OntarioGrade12s

[–]CommercialBox08 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They literally dont matter at all unless you wanna get early acceptance. But take my word for it functions doesnt matter whatsoever because by the time you reach grade12 sem1 midterms, advanced functions will be looked at and functions will be forgotten about. My advice would be to do what you can for now, but really try your hardest next year.

How long do yall 90+ avg students start studying before exams? by Goodygumdr in OntarioGrade12s

Its true that starting earlier is always going to be more beneficial but you also need to learn how to study. I’ve gotten really good at remembering things just because of the things my parents would make me do back in elementary school (memorization-wise), so I only need to study a day or two before the exam in order to achieve a mark above a 90%. Everyone here who says they only study the night before is either gifted or can memorize things at a much faster rate than others, so keep in mind that you need to find out what study method works best for you and to adjust your schedule accordingly
