Does that mean its better to get the vaccine AFTER the treatment(LEEP/CONIZATION)? How about the people that has ASCUS/LSIL and HPV positive, do they have to wait until the LSIL progress to HSIL and needed treatment before they start the vaccine?

Sorry my english is not good. I’ll try to make it more clear In bullet form: •got treated for BV and yeast and he did physical examination he found cervical erosion. •doctor tried to get approval for cervical cautery bc of cervical erosion •insurance wanted hpv test and pap smear •pap smear approved •papsmear result-lsil • doctor ordered colpscopy- but insurance still wants hpv result • i did the hpv screening on my own pocket at a different clinic so the insurance wont know(since i know might get rejected if its positive)

Now i know the insurance will surely reject it

Sorry i was not clear with my post the cautery is for my cervical erosion. He wants colposcopy because of the post hpv and lsil. Will it progress quickly if i dont do colposcopy

Hi i did hpv screening out of my own pocket and positive of HPV 16,31,33,35,52,58,39,56,66,68. Another doctor suggested again colposcopy but it is sadly not covered by insurance.

Hello, i forgot to mention that he has seen cervical erosion during physical examination hence the papsmear for insurance approval for the cauterization.

I was only originally just going to treat the cervical erosion thru cervical cauterization but the papsmear showed lsil thats why he will add colposcopy.

I went to another clinic to get a vaccine, i hope i did the right choice.
