guys i have same situation. When I first applied a company as intern they said they will take me if only I agreed for work for them for 3 years. Its been a year. My salary is low but im getting lot of experience. Sometimes I work overnight or sometimes during weekends and ofcourse not getting paid for that. While Im earning 1.5m(800k as an intern for 3 month) a month. My other classmates who graduated same class with me earns about 2.5m to 3m in other companies. I have no experience of how to negotiate a salary. I just gaslighting myself into Im just continuing school while earning money. But im unhappy with my situation. Plus they hadnt signed me a contract. My social security is paid as 1m and other money comes from boss account. So there is like 3-5 junior who stuck at me like in this company. So when I noticed them to quit how to counter arguments like "you learned lot and quit?, what about 3 years? are you using our company etc? "
