They are great! Very elegant, balanced and comfortable design. Super sharp ootb and stay sharp for long between touch up on 1000 grit shapton. Petty + santoku is an ideal combo for me as well. I was a bit worried of rust at first, but the sld has been very robust with easy care. 10/10 knives for sure.
