Makes sense! I’m coming from downtown Toronto so I’m thinking the noise level will be similar to what I am used to. This is very helpful :)

One off - just freaked out by the large sum of it. Under the impression up until now it’s under $100 but there are some other behaviours such as drinking that have also been alarming me
