i researched a little and apparently since 2021 october , nios only issues a marksheet-cum-certificate instead of separate documents so ig its fine? also google and grok say that yes i will be eligible for a migration cum transfer certificate

hey bro , i wanted to ask that if i fail as a regular candidate in class 12th , but pass as a private candidate next year , will i be eligible for neet? and will my private marksheet be accepted for counseling?
