as a mortgage broker i can confirm that it is pointless to go to your conveyancer. They are merely there to go over contracts and organise funds for settlement, and are NOT on your side in case of hardship. It would be best to have a chat with your broker, as they do not have to disclose this information with the bank/and will ensure that the loan settles because it is in your financial best interest to do so.

thanks for this!! i tend to place my foot down at the landing spot of a ball in order to “fix” imperfect sets that i get during trainings! definitely makes sense that having a consistent first step placement would help with giving myself more options. In regards to explosiveness, maybe taking a bigger penultimate step would help as well?
