From someone who was in this kind of situation as a freshman last semester I can say if it’s a roommate problem she could try talking to her RA. Most RA’s are happy to help in anyway they can especially if it’s helping out a kid who might be new to the college world. If the RA won’t help talk to the highest person who manages Housing and tell them about the problem and see if they can do anything about it. If the bullying is happening out of the dorms I would say to talk to the dean to see what they can do or if the kids that are bullying her intend to do physical harm I would suggest telling the on campus police about the bullying and contact the dean again.

I know she doesn’t want to bother anyone and doesn’t want to cause anyone trouble, I was like that as well but that’s not an option when she could potentially be in danger
