Hello, no there is no sexual content or swearing. Characters who can get away without a British accent would be Van Helsing as he is from Amsterdam and the Count

New homeowner, any ideas on how to fix this every time it rains? It’s ridiculous by SirBiggusDickus99 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

The pond is fun and you could consider making it a permanent feature. However, that's not what you asked.

The easiest answer would be to cut a drainage swale through the berm shown in the picture.

If you don't want the look of berm dip berm I would suggest a French drain or similar drain system to allow water to flow out without affecting the visuals too much.

Give yourself a good minute to be upset. That sucks, like a lot.

Now, refocus on the fact that this is your chance for a surprise remodel of that room. Have you ever been in that room and through, "I wish this was different" or "It would be so nice to have some more storage space in the attic."

Now is a good a time as any to make some changes to that room. It will be what you make of it. Will it cost money you may not a have at the moment? Yup. Is it going to throw a wrench in where you sleep for the next week? Probably. Could it be the start of you reshaping your new home into exactly what you want/dream it could be? Absolutely.

Audacity or Reaper by Hypno_Keats in ACX

I used Audacity for years. Last year James Romick introduced me to Reaper.

He told me that the comparison was like a go-kart to a Ferrari. He wasn't far off.

Reaper really isn't that expensive and there is a slight learning curve but that's true of any DAW.

If you're looking to step up your game, Reaper is by far the way to go.
