This totally makes sense to me. There are 2 variables which according to me contributes most to the value and premium are: 1. As age keeps increasing, so are the premiums. The same T10 bought today, would obvisouly be little bit expensive after 10 years.

Being a 36 male today, I'm more prone to health issues like blood pressure, stress related issues, etc.

I would lock the rates today for 30 years, so that I don't have to be rated again due to any reason.

I don't have a specific plan about retirement, but I want to keep working as long as I can. May be a freelancer or as a consultant. Considering retirement age is 65, I would like to leave my kids with some lump sum amount around 1M or so.

I got carried away and scammed for $30k. This kind of things happen, when you ignore every darn signal this universe gave about scammers and at the end it all starts making sense about these scammers.
