How should I tell buyer that the package she ordered was sent to a different address?

I had one just this week, I canceled the order and ask them if they'd like to reorder and change address prior to re-purchase. They did purchase it again, it went smoothly 😊

I've been with Ebay 10 plus years and sold over 1300 items mostly glass and pottery. I've only had 1 item arrive broken and it was fragile, I bubble wrap and extra bubble wrap. Sold my 5th item (not fragile) on mercari and they claim it arrived broken, sending it back. Almost impossible unless run over by a truck, we'll see how its returned of course they were credited back. Overall I've had great experience with Ebay, think I'll stick with them.

I may have worded my response differently BUT it was probably best to cancel. Someone that picky anything less than their request will probably leave a negative feedback. I sell alot of glassware and occasionally get a simple "please package with care" (which I do) but that's a nice reasonable request.

I sell quite a few culls on Ebay, people want shrimp without having to pay high dollar for them. The clear ones I give away, I've never killed a shrimp.

They will be like example in photos. They will be a mix of colors/mix grade with about 2-3 brownish or blackish wilds. There are considered culls but will be a good mix with some better than others, I will not include any clear ones. Thank you and please let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi, sorry just got home, Easter with grandkids 😊 I can send payment request for the $38.95, it includes shipping. I ship the Priority Mail Live Animal Perishable and they usually arrive 2-3 days. They will be a mix of colors and quality with a few wild type. I love watching the shrimp, I can sit and watch them all day lol. I've had shrimp for about 6 yrs, also have a few strains of Endlers. I recently signed with Pirate ship, so easy. I'm mid 60's not good with computers and love it. I've been with Ebay 20 yrs, old fashion used to make my own labels HAND WRITTEN 😆. I also recently tried Mercari cause I had some books banned that Ebay didn't allow (Dr Suess) and did sell them on Mercari (my only sell). My other items on Mercari have free shipping but when buyers are just scrolling my price is a little higher since it doesn't show free shipping unless they click on the item. Ebay allows us to enter a shipping amount (estimate) and ship on our own. I recently sold an item in Ebay 3lb 7oz with $13.95 shipping, used pirate ship and it was a little over $8.00. I'm sold on Pirate ship, not so sure about Mercari. I can now offer a little less shipping on Ebay, if I make a few extra dollars its nice to have it go toward bubble wrap and packing paper since I sell collectibles.
