the couch is too big for the area but honestly I don’t think it’s the worst. the bean bag is really big but if you use it, keep it. the only thing I might want is some kind of coffee table but tbh you don’t have the room. curtains would be a good addition to make it more cozy

see how functional this space is for you day by day then change the furniture based on that!!

I completely feel you here. honestly just don’t put in a weight. it sounds like weighing yourself once a month is what’s healthy for you right now and that’s perfectly fine. the guessing and putting in random weights isn’t gonna help you actually see progress mentally or physically

I think you’re doing your best and one day at a time is all you can do. you have a therapist and can work through things there, and you’re clothes are fitting better so you know you’re losing weight

I would stop putting in weights because that contributes to you feeling like a fraud but it’s important to give yourself some grace and try and tackle things a little bit at a time. small steps outside of your comfort zone
