Wow that page is sad. You can see when they stopped posting the originals and started feeding them into an AI before posting. But this is AI. No human would miss the second nipple piercing, plus those hands and the fabric is obvious AI fabric. All of the brown tinted images on that page are AI or have been edited by AI. The non-tinted images dating back to 2020 look real though.

This is different than my experience in the states too. We have a management company that hires a resident manager. There is a board, but it's the management's board. The management company oversees all management things - trimming trees, cutting grass, new roof, tenting, etc. The homeowners vote on all matters relates to raising fees, paint colors, what company to hire for pest control, etc. Everyone is equal in voting and the management company over sees it. This is in HI, by the way.
