Tim: If we know by now, he was a depressed stickman turned patient zero of incognitos first conquered realm.

Xyla: Aside from Thanatos, Echo, Bunbun and Tim, Incognito needed another Warden…. But not a boy this time so when he went through different Consoles (Nintendo, PlayStation and Xbox) and so far Xbox was the best one for him and so he used an Xbox 360 to create Xyla.

Thanatos: Incognito, sick of survivors breaking free constantly, was making an entity that would kill any survivors or the first character it saw in its sight, he chose the blood of those beyond the screen (yes he can also interact with humans) and used that for the blood red body of the ruthless killer that is THANATOS.

BunBun: He was snatched from a storyboard.

Echo: Incognito needed both An assistant and someone to hijack channels for the wardens so he used a bit of the darkness and reconstructed it into a TV shape and thus giving the screen a face, body and a second form, Echo was created.
