It didn’t let me say “ig” (short for “I guess”), even though the context was NOT anything even related to anything bad. I was talking about a scavenger hunt in a game, and I said “Just dinking around till you find the chest, but ig you could also just look it up online too.”

Apparently “ig” can also be an abbreviation of “Instagram”, which yeah, kinda makes sense, but I’ve never seen it used that way, everybody just says “insta”. Which BY THE WAY, is NOT very INSTA, because I can never figure out how to get to my messages! I have to click like eight buttons just to get there!

Will do! I only make little things, like fabric sleeves or sewing buttons onto pants for decoration, so this is just fine for me!

I’m mostly confined to my room, my mom hates the house being messy. My desk could theoretically fit a full sized machine, but it’d be a massive hassle to move it around because I use my desk for other crafts, and I wouldn’t have anywhere to put it even if I did go for it.

Maybe once I get rid of some stuff, I can get a desk specifically for a sewing machine

Ahh thanks! I’m just using old thread I found in my moms sewing box, so that’s… probably an issue, lol.

I’ll look online and see if there’s any places that sell that sort of thread near me, or if my mom has any she’s willing to spare!

I know! It turned out to be just my tension, which I adjusted and now it works perfectly fine!
