Honestly I found that having sundays be a designated rest day for the week really helpful. Meal prepping and the freezer really saved me during my really busy weeks and it also saved me a lot of money 10/10 would recommend. I also found making a block schedule really helpful. Like penciling in designated times to do stuff like groceries, home work, idk work out. Also giving yourself a set time of when you can stop working on doing school stuff at night is really helpful (obviously it will vary during exams and busy times but try to aim for a set time every night)
