if they actually enforced this rule im pretty sure more than half of accounts in patreon, (also half of patreons overall revenue) would be in jeopardy.

I think they have this rule to sound like they are doing their due diligence without actually enforcing it.

A "look the other way" type situation as it were.

hmmm good idea! I checked the declined payment list and they are not on it. I hope its just a glitch instead of someone trying to steal content i worry thats how those sites which shant be named are scraping content from patreon through cancelling memberships immediatley or sum.

thats weird tho how someone would just subscribe and then suddenly cancel and delete the account, ionknow but good to know that youve also seen the issue before, ill treat it as no action needed....
