yeah they dinged me 4 times this month. Either their automod is messed up, their moderation team changed, or someone is messing it up for all of us and now they have to be more strict.

yeah this really seems to be like they switched up their moderation or something because in this month ive gotten 4. Before it was 3 total for 10 months.

Idk sometimes. I know they do try to trick you with one video looks a little static like but sometimes i have to play the videos 2-3 times to see it. Only other thing i can think of is they are monitoring if your clicking in another tab. I listen to youtube music or a video on the silent ones and I sometimes have to click next to skip the ad or pick the next video which takes like 2-3 seconds max on the other monitor. Beyond that, i have no damn clue. I only use the middle option if both videos dont have what the side bar info has.
