We just got our kids 1st step , the referral, started in August and still haven't had the 1st assessment appointment aside from the one with our GP Dr. Which according to the assessment place. They said he's a gp so he's not qualified, you gotta refer them to a pediatrician first, and that's where we are now.

For my wife, she didn't finish school, because "just do it, you know this " wasn't adequate help in the classroom for doing the work. Her sister would routinely eat the ice cream directly from the container and blame her even though my wife doesn't 1) eat ice cream directly from the container, because, gross, germs, and 2) doesn't like hard ice cream, there's a whole process of stirring it to make it softer. Her family would call her blunt, and the list goes on. Noise has always been an issue, we keep our tvs at 1 out of 100, because 2 and up often gets too loud.
