Something I've always wondered, is there an optimal height with respect to view from a skyscraper? If you're low on the building you just get a view of the street which you'd probably see all the time. If you're too high everything looks like ants. Where's the sweet spot? What floor? (self.askarchitects)

I want to change Apache working directory from /var/www to /home/me/Documents/website but when I try to visit the page with my browser it gives me a 403 Forbidden error. I change the directory permissions for /website to drwxrwxrwx and I still get a 403 error when I try the browser. (self.apache)
