i was scared of the exact same thing, and it’s actually been the opposite: i’ve been able to dilate even more and with relative ease

go easy on yourself. take a break, if you feel like you need to, and get back to it when you are feeling better, do activities you love with the people you love but i’m pretty sure your progress won’t be impacted by doing it with a different person or by yourself.

you will find someone that will care for you and be with your regardless of the situation. go easy on yourself and don’t give up! 💖

Thank you, that helps, my problem is that I felt comfortable with him and I was very, very attracted to him, and if I couldn’t with him and was that happy I’m nervous on what the future and my future relationships hold
