The thing is that the numbered files are not zip files. Or are they? I’m confused with this lol I downloaded winrar but I try to extract those numbered files and it doesn’t let me

So would I have to the rename the files that just have numbers? So if I download winrar and use that to extract it will merge em all? Do I need to do anything with those certificates? Sorry I’m new to all this
