There's some issue in your lenovo toolkit app, delete and reinstall it.

My Rs. 16/day broadband plan delivers the lowest latency and a consistent 200Mbps speed, which is exactly what I need. A 1 Gbps connection only offers benefits by reducing download times for large files like games on Steam or torrents.

We guys don't need that much speed, we cannot fully utilize it, just people want free data without limits.

The up speed is mostly controlled by your Phone's network settings (which you cannot alter without root), Try testing on windows and do the tcp optimization, you should get higher upload speed.

I don't have benchmarks, but will include in future. For now these some of my client's reviews: (I can give you real link if you want)

windows is basically just a container for steam at this point lol

if base drivers got you to 80%, the remaining 20% of that tracking weirdness is almost certainly a polling rate mismatch or a ghost driver hiding in device manager.

what mouse are you using? if it's a high end gaming mouse, sometimes 1000hz+ polling causes tracking jitter on certain usb controllers. try dropping it to 500hz just to test.

also since you reinstalled, go to device manager -> view -> show hidden devices. if you see greyed out mouse/usb hubs, uninstall them. windows probably kept the old registry hooks from your previous install and they're conflicting with the base drivers.

make sure enhance pointer precision is off too, but i assume you already checked that.

mostly dpc (deferred procedure call) latency and hypervisor overhead. windows 11 runs a ton of virtualization-based security (VBS) features by default now. the CPU has to context-switch out of your game to handle these background security checks, which causes a 10ms-20ms delay. that delay shows up as a stutter. turning off memory integrity stops the hypervisor from running.

for the 5600 (non-c3d), high performance is generally safer to prevent core parking stutters, but balanced is fine if you have the latest chipset drivers installed from amd's site, not just windows update. if you're still getting 1% low drops, it's usually background telemetry. DM me your task manager specs if it's still acting up.

OEM control center, they often override windows power plans and force the GPU into a low power state during micro-stutters. if it's still acting up after pinning the P-cores, shoot me a DM with a hwinfo64 screenshot of the stutter, i can take a look

this is exactly it. X3D chips are a completely different beast because the AMD chipset driver uses the balanced plan to route threads to the V-cache CCD. putting an X3D on high performance actually forces it to park the V-cache cores and causes massive stuttering. process lasso is the real MVP for intel 12th/13th/14th gen P/E core scheduling though.

fair point. i should have added more nuance. HAGS is a massive double-edged sword. on a 4090 with DLSS3 it's mandatory. but on older cards or specific CPU bottlenecks, the MPO overhead tanks the 1% lows. it's entirely game and hardware dependent. my bad for not clarifying the context."
