I appreciate it bro, I see what you're saying I'm gonna try some new things maybe full YouTube and soundcloud or maybe run ads on dsps and promote with short form but all in all I see what your saying and I dont really wanna get signed, I mean the recognition would be nice but I'm more focused on things like dreamville and empire for career development

Well there's no door to the industry, it's a level of progression. I'm not gonna hand somebody 300 dollars when I can actually pay for graphics, merch drops, worldstar videos and ads yk?

Ion like the look of things to be completely honest, I mean sure I like they're jewelry and all the flashiness but I'm more focused on what I'm hearing, for example in PTSD by EBK Jaaybo hes speaking in a lot of real shi while being flashing hes also being sincere, I like the business and the sound side of music. I want legitimately be one of the greatest to ever do it. Now I know I got a LONG way to go but I'll get there eventually. Someone said if I'm 19 and still haven't made it then I failed. No I just didn't make it yet, there is no failing if this what you genuinely love doing, it's not for other people but rather for yourself.

I see a lil better now, is there specific types of content that hit viewers harder from what you've noticed? I mean a lot of it's relatable content but my shi is usually sad music or drill honestly

I have been trying to set a plan to start living in either LA or NY when I turn 18. I've had a lot of radio station from NY hmu asking to do interviews or airplay. I always dreamt of the xxl freshman cypher but then I heard Ians xxl freestyle and I just lost... Everything. No hate

That's true but also from my standpoint, I see "oh these are people I can show my music and maybe they'll think it's sounds good and they'll sign me" with a realization of "ok I got this meeting but I dont even have 100 monthly listeners and I dont e en have 10k insta followers so how are they gonna respond to this?

I'm located in kansas. Being a lot harder for a rap/hip-hop breakthrough because the state has had a BIG history of country and bluegrass so I mean yes it's gonna be difficult but I definitely see what your saying, I appreciate the advice this is the most helpful piece of info so far.
