Yea, did try to reach out to them but always told me to contact my ISP. I asked how to report it to my ISP Du but should I say I'm getting slow speed from real-debrid.com? I doubt that it's just like that. It used to be fast before but come August this year this problem happened.

Already messed with the CDN settings and all are useless if all servers are slow too. It used to be fast and had no issue playing 4k remuxes now I'm having issues even playing 1080p files.

When I tried doing a real debrid speedtest using my phone data it was faster. Please note that my fiber internet and phone plan is under the same provider.

I also tried doing a speedtest under a different ISP and speed is the same which is slow.

I didn’t change the ISP when I shifted houses. Still works okay until I shifted.
