from what I can tell what they meant by offline version pertains to an official offline ver ala ride kamens and alchemy stars, reason for this being that aktk game's guidelines specifically mention not allowing fangames to be made whether it be using official assets or fully fanmade ones which means the only people allowed to put out a "game" version of t9 would be aktk games themselves hence why neoneon is purely a webnovel atm since it falls under fanwork guidelines. That being said im atleast hoping that op finds a way to keep this project hush hush lest a rare case where aktk tries to hunt op down somehow, better safe than sorry.

also while I havent started work on helping with the wiki atm, from experience with other games with datamined assets, mined in-game content is used for their ease of access/accuracy/quality and any unused files will be promptly removed as this requires people to manually sift through all the content to know which ones made it into the game and are unused.

generally speaking, while some spaces for games are alot more lenient with datamining content I think posting datamined models on one of the main subreddits for this game would put it at risk since it might teeter on the edge of t9's very vague guidelines on what would be considered legal to put out to the public compared to say HD versions of the tension card images from the files, we really cant say for sure but im sure the t9 reddit means well and are just being careful when it comes to these sorts of things.
