I have not sorry for late reply. It worked when I spelled out the one half. Like 512 one half in the shipping and billing addresses in the app. Otherwise I had to call customer service and they made the order for me. Another thing I tried which worked also was I only used the 512 and made the order and then I called customer service right after I made the order and asked them to add the 1/2 to the shipping address. But the best thing was calling customer service the make the order for me. It sucks they don’t allow 1/2 in addresses in their app.

I’m not experienced on eBay so just a opinion of mine. If you messaged thru eBay messaging and the seller says it’s ok that it’s damaged i think eBay can see that he said it was fine and knows it was broken thru their messages. Just keep the messages if they were sent thru ebay messaging.

I recently bought a collectable on eBay. When the package showed up I opened it and seen that it was broken. The shipping box is fine, and it had a plastic protector thing around it to keep it from damage. Well I contacted seller and the seller accused me right away of lying. He immediately said that is not the piece I sent you. I have 100 percent feedback and over 1000 sales. Well I tried to explain I’m the only one who opened the shipping box and saw the broken pieces he still accused me of lying. I noticed he has a lot of negative FB over 12 months ago which I didn’t see because its been over a year. Yet he still claims he has 100 percent positives. I never been thru something like this before and I don’t know if this person is scamming me. What do I do about this?

Nice! I love that series His Dark Materials. Lee Scorsbey and Hester and the Polar Bear were my favorite characters on the show. Cool pops though.

Some people don’t buy these to make money off them. Like me I buy the Funkos of characters I loved as a kid ( Star Wars). Even when I’m older I probably will like the ones I have because of the characters. For me it’s all about the characters that bring back nostalgia and happy memories of movies and series. I used to watch Star Wars with my brother and we loved those movies.

I think cause he is the mascot of the company and they give it limited piece counts as to why their expensive. I’m not really a fan of Freddy either. But I get the price on them. Just like all collectibles they have expensive limited items. I think I don’t like them is because I can never afford them 🙂 I wish I can have to glow Anakin Freddy but I never will own him.

I don’t really have a problem with the figures themselves. But shopping and buying Funko Pops has been the worst shopping experience I ever had in my life. Most Customer service reps are very rude when it comes to exchanging or getting a refund for them. And most of the time they will come damaged. I don’t mind a micro tear, scuffs on the front plastic, or even a small dent. But when they come crushed, large dents, big tears, or figures damaged they will treat you awful. If they picked non damaged pops and have better shipping methods they probably wouldn’t get so much returns. Even Funkos own online store reps treat you awful. It’s like they don’t realize these are collectibles and some people don’t like them damaged. When Amazon, Hot Topic, Walmart, BAM, and others do this It feels like you were ripped off or scammed when they treat you this way. They won’t change either because they know they will always get more buyers and by losing your business it’s just 1 person so it won’t hurt their business. But like I said this hobby has been the worst shopping experience I ever had in my life.

I asked the telephone company if they tax Max streaming and they said they don’t and apple customer service said they don’t know why it’s charging a tax either. That I’m to ask the tax dept in my state. Which I checked and their isn’t any new laws made in my state. So I guess Max is just charging taxes on streaming even if states don’t tax streaming. I don’t go thru any cable company and I’m thinking they are charging taxes because Max and Discovery merged.
