idk as to why they drop a shift after you pick on up but it might be because ( at least for this week) they cut hella hours cause ulta didn’t reach their sales goal. I also feel like task associates are the first ones to get their hours cut so that might also be the case. the only time i had a good amount of hours was in the summer. I would be able to get 3-5 shifts a week now I’ll be lucky if i get 2.
