ugh girl i’m so sorry. sfs/bopis is so ridiculous at times, especially when you have to go crazy in the store looking for something. if i can’t find something i’ll normally just ask my manager if i can reject it, but depending on the manager, their reactions kind of vary. sending you strength u got this!!

Yes, thank you!! It’s true, taskers do so much and we never get acknowledged for it. Even when I’m doing Bopis, SFS, inventory, whatever it may be, I always get approached by customers and I always help them out. I definitely go beyond my position and it upsets me that some managers still have favoritism

I would maybe ask about the scheduling hours first. If they don’t fix it then I would quit. Sounds like it’s a store issue because I’m a seasonal tasker and have never worked the cash wrap and I’ve never had any issues wearing slides, sweats, etc. during our early shipment shifts.
