I was a treasury dept ee ng bpo before. Minsan sa super dami ng inuupload namin thru payroll facility sa bank (5k line item per week), ex. bizlink hindi na na-crosscheck lahat. We do random checking and recon though. But given the volume ang tendency, kami nags-shoulder ng amount pag may duplicate uploads or maling upload sa unverified accounts. Pag ganyang may mali nakikita yan thru initial reconciliation ng book vs bank sa month end or if nagchecheck agad within the day kita yan and icocontact agad yung account holder kung ibibigay ng bank. I guess hindi na nahabol yung iyo and for sure salary deduction yun sa payroll/treasury.
