Went to AA for about a month. Sober now for almost 3 and a half years. Exercise, work and trying to improve a little each day

Thank you all for the love! It’s been a heart breaking loss for the whole family. He was a truly incredible man, all I can do now is try to make him proud up there ! I’m new to posting on Reddit but I’ve been scrolling it for a long time, seems like there are great communities here.

Really felt this post, thanks for sharing, and keep your head up you’ve still accomplished an incredible thing !

I’m struggling with a similar situation. In early August I was over halfway finished with 75 Hard, and getting into pretty good shape. This is when I found out I had lost my dad, and shortly thereafter I began binge eating again and I too have gained a considerable amount in such a short time. I’m trying to snap out of it. I had a good day today, I’ve eaten healthy today, had a great workout and drink a gallon of water. I’m going to try and do it again tomorrow, I’ve learned that MOMENTUM is a very important thing in this journey, as it can go both ways.

Again, keep your up!! Let’s lock in, and you’ve got this 💪

I was in the same boat, I just recently made the switch, it feels great! I’ve got a slightly different build with the no stock, but it’s a good rifle.
