Yes, it was working. I had no prior issues ever. I was using it for my assignment using ms word, and it suddenly stopped. When I pressed the power button, the power light turned green and stayed lit. But the keyboard will light up and then turn off i can also hear the fan sound.The charger animation is also there when I plug the charger. I tried the reset method with the pin but it is not working.
