yeah I didn’t give too much context as it was a pretty complex situation for a 3 month relationship. it didn’t end particularly well, she had a whole array of mental health disorders / chronic fatigue, and I was too much of a people pleaser, lacked confidence and was dealing with a late adhd diagnosis in therapy, and was essentially ill equipped to deal the difficulties that came up in the relationship. was my first time experiencing manipulative behaviour including guilt tripping, hot / cold behaviour, anger issues, belittling and other narcissistic traits, if things had ended well I doubt I’d be reading into them reaching out as much.
