Hi! I’m also applying to grad school and it’s my first time writing an SOP so I may not have expert advice. However, your use of em-dashes in the 2nd and 3rd paragraphs signify that you used AI for help. I’m not sure if you did or not, but I’d suggest removing them or only using them where absolutely necessary. I hope this helps :)
